Furniture requests and saved choices

Furniture order requests also include your delivery address, town, postcode, selected products, options and any notes. Requests are saved on our server for the store team to review and contact you. Your basket and favourites are saved in this browser using local storage; you can remove them from the basket or saved furniture page, or clear your browser data.

WhatsApp and website services

Cleaning request forms prepare your details in a WhatsApp link. You choose when to send the message in WhatsApp. Furniture customers can also continue their request there. WhatsApp handles communications under its own privacy terms. Our website uses essential session cookies for forms and admin security, and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information.

How we use it

We use contact details to review and respond to inquiries, manage business communications and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell contact form information.
